Softball Team

Yesterday we went to Dunkirk to play softball. The people who were in our team were Sophie, Maranatha, Heilala, Suliasi, Quros, Sione, Timote, Mele, Min Zin, Mika, Samuel and I. We all tried our best. There were nine other schools there. We played against 5 other schools. They were Glenbrae, St Patrick's, Sylvia Park Maroon and Pt England Black. We lost two games and won 2 but on our last game  was a draw against Panmure Bridge. We all tried out best and worked very hard. Well Done!

Tabloids Day

Yesterday afternoon we had 5+ a day tabloids activity under the shade. Everyone joined in and we were put into different teams. We all had lots of fun. Everyone was being nice and kind to each other. The activities we played had either fruit or vegetables included in them. My favourite game we played was Mr Reid's one. On his one we had to try and get the coconut off the stick.  At first I thought it was very easy but it was a bit difficult. It was awesome playing in the 5+ a day tabloids  activity day.

Lunch And Wet Day Monitor Badges.

Yesterday afternoon we had an assembly but not just an ordinary assembly.

We got our monitor badges. The monitor badges were for the people who go to the classes when it is wet or when it is lunch time everyday. We all had to stand in a straight line before we got our monitor badges. Some of us had our badges from last year. It was good to see all of the lunch and wet day monitors with their new blue badges.
 Well done!

Our First Day Back At School

After a very long boring holiday we started school today, YAY!

But something has changed we are all in new classes which means new teachers and new classmates.  Walking into a new classroom felt weird but I knew I had to get use to it. All I could think about was how cool it was to be in a new class. Sadly some of the year eights were still in Room 11 with the year sevens. This is my last year in intermediate and also at this school. I am looking forward to college.
